About Me

I help companies accelerate product delivery.

Geo is a passionate leader of innovators and regular people too. He bring bold ideas to life. Based in Atlanta, he thrives on turning creativity into meaningful impact.

Welcome, I help companies bring products to market with highly inspired teams.

My journey started in the U.S. Marine Corps, repairing radios from Japan to Iraq. That hands-on, problem-solving experience ignited my love for systems that just work. It led me to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering and a career with Lockheed Martin, where I built airplanes. Over time, I realized my true passion wasn’t just building things—it was building organizations capable of innovation, quality, and speed.

This passion took me from developing software systems for healthcare organizations to leading Agile transformations at scale. I've scaled teams and matured processes at Arcadia and Philips Healthcare. From cutting $32,000 a day in AWS costs to redefining engineering hiring during a global talent crunch, I’ve seen what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to creating high-performing teams.

Agile isn’t a methodology; it’s a philosophy of creating and delivering value. And when it’s done well, it’s magic. When it’s not, it’s a comedy of errors that impact your bottom line.
